TopTier Prep Hub's original content, question-bank materials, explanations, graphics, interface, branding, software, and written materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized here, they may not be reproduced, republished, sold, scraped, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

2. Personal study and score sharing

Limited personal use for individual study is permitted within your authorized access. Taking screenshots or using the platform does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute the question bank.

You may use built-in score-sharing graphics for their intended personal, non-commercial sharing purpose. This permission does not extend to republishing questions or explanations or implying an endorsement. Share only information you are comfortable making visible to recipients.

3. Third-party rights and public-domain material

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, references, and materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their applicable licenses. Users retain rights in their original submissions. We do not claim copyright over public-domain material or facts themselves, and nothing here removes exceptions and limitations provided by law.

References to PRC or the FPLE do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or ownership of another organization's marks.
